About the Role
Requirements
An experienced Consultant with strong knowledge of CRM within OnPrem Dynamics CRM (v8.2) and the latest Dynamics365. Will work on supporting the existing On Prem solution whilst helping the new Project team to replace the legacy system with the latest D365 and Power platform technology. 12-month contract with the potential option to convert to Perm after the project is delivered

Qualification
Microsoft Business Application certification
Knowledge and experience
Proven implementation experience with both On-Premise Dynamics and the latest D365 and Power platforms
Proven experience with delivery methodologies and frameworks, e.g., Agile, Waterfall
Experience working remotely but as part of a delivery and/or support team
The ability to write clear, accurate and succinct documentation for different purposes
Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills, including organising own work and meeting deadlines
Commitment to understanding the project context and content and the outputs required to ensure project and business alignment
The ability to build and sustain relationships and work with a range of stakeholders
Experience with Not for Profit/charity sector and government, good understanding of government and indigenous environments
Adequate experience in process mapping, data analysis and systems to be able to undertake effective solution design and implementation strategies
Experience supporting CRM (preferably Dynamics) in a BAU environment (desirable)
Experience in creating reports with Power BI and/or Power Apps (nice to have)
.Net skills and ability to understand/modify customisations (desirable)

Hybrid role. Remote working can be done anywhere, but you must be able to travel to capital cities 1/2 days/week if and when required. ACT, NSW, QLD, Offsite
