About the Role

Requirements

An experienced Change Manager who is able to devise and deliver Change Strategies, Communication Plans, Training strategies and generally help facilitate the move towards improved customer-centric people, processes and technology

Selection Criteria

Essential criteria

  1. Experience in managing change impacting upon customer facing staff

  2. Experience working on wide variety of different types of change from systems and process changes to cultural change to organisational realignment change.


Desirable criteria

  1. Experience with Not for Profit/charity sector and government, good understanding of government and indigenous environments

  2. Experience working on wide variety of different types of change from systems and process changes to cultural change to organisational realignment change.

Working arrangements

Hybrid role. Remote working can be anywhere but must be able to travel to capital cities 1/2 days/week if and when required. ACT, NSW, QLD, Offsite
